This is a pre-written workout program, with 5 days of workouts and an optional day to switch things up. Each day is divided up into different muscle groups to fully exercise each muscle properly. There is no workout explination but managable for a beginner and hard enough for any advance level lifter. This program will help tone, define, and kick start your body in the direction it wants to go.

This program is to provide a stable routine to follow in the gym with my 24/7 support. If any workouts are confusing youtube and google searches are sufficient enough to show form and function. If you have any question feel free to contact me via email or live chat on my website.
