This 30-day challenge was designed to really help tone and shape the body to provide strength, endurance, and weight loss. It is a very comprehensive plan with motivational quotes to kick start each workout. I put all sets, reps and any additional information expected. Need to end 2017 and bring in a new year with a new you? well this is the plan for you.
Instructions:
This plan is to be balanced with 1/2-1 gallon of water a day. well balanced healthy meals 95% home cooked or meal prepped if possible. Try to do a maximum of two cheat MEALS (not days) a week preferably after leg day. Protein, veggies and cards are well balanced adding fats in the morning times. Reduce any sugars, alcohol or excessive binge eating and random snacking of processed foods (we are not perfect so don’t beat yourself up if it does happen). Try to develop good sleeping (min 6hr/ day) and eating habits because they are the key to kick starting metabolism and ultimate weight loss. On rest days please FULLY REST and take some time to mentally relax.
